Do I have to worry in case my kid puts his/her hands into his/her mouth after applying the cream on it?

No. Immunetec's active ingredients does not pose any health risks to human body.

What if my child sucks his/her thumbs? Will that be a problem?

Substances in the cream will not cause any harm to your infant. You may apply it at any age. It could even be helpful when getting rid of the habit of thumb sucking.

What about electronic devices? Can I use the spray on them?

In case the device is not waterproof, spray must be applied with caution. The spray should mainly be used on the surface of fabrics/textiles. When it comes to electronic devices, you may spray them, but it will not be as permanent as in case of textiles. Substance could be easily wiped off from hard surfaces.

Do I need to ventilate the room after spraying the curtains?

Immunetec© Spray is odorless and colorless. There is no need to ventilate after its use.

How long do I have to wait before using furniture that has been sprayed?

In case of upholstered furniture, please wait until they dry completely, or else they will leave a damp feel. Immunetec© Spray is not recommended for hard-surface furniture, though it temporarily disinfects, but long-lasting effect cannot be guaranteed.

In case of applying the spray on plush toys, how long do I have to wait before putting the toys in my child's bed?

After the treatment of such toys, children are safe to play with them or hug them right away. The spraying, however, leaves a damp feel on the toys. This is why we recommend waiting until they dry completely. The spray can be a great help when our child goes on a school trip, camping, or is -unfortunately- treated in a hospital, where we are not able to wash these toys every day.

Can we use Immunetec products when it comes to protection against coronavirus?

It has been demonstrated through laboratory tests that Immunetec antimicrobial products provide efficient solution against bacteria, fungi and selective viruses. Under current circumstances, one of the most frequent and important questions relating our products is whether we can rely on them when seeking protection against coronavirus. In case of viruses tested so far, namely norovirus, H1N1 and influenza, Immunetec products have been proven to have a deactivating effect. These viruses are similar to Covid-19 in their structure, meaning they are surrounded with a lipid envelope for their protection. (In case of norovirus a protein envelope.) Viruses with this lipid coating are relatively vulnerable and easier to destroy, once we eliminate their protective outer layers. This is why it is highly recommended to wash our hand frequently and thoroughly, as soap dissolves this layer.

Immunetec technology's reactive agents use this exact same method to effectively reduce the viability of microorganisms. In case of our products, released silver ions cause the damage in cell membranes (bacteria) or protective envelopes (viruses).  These free ions trigger destructive reactions as a result of which the protective layers, enzyme production or DNA structure of these pathogens are harmed. Numerous publications have been published, which deal in detail with the mechanism of action of so-called photocatalytic disinfection methods, confirming their antibacterial and antiviral impact. Immunetec products are based on this same mechanism of action for providing antimicrobial protection and have proven to be effective against bacteria and viruses through numerous laboratory tests. Immunetec has yet to be tested against Covid-19 to directly prove its effectiveness. In the meantime, tests against other viruses carried out so far lead us to the consequence that Immunetec's active agents can have a deactivating effect when it comes to novel coronavirus.

No. Immuenetec© Cream can be used on any skin surfaces. (armpits, face, feet etc.)

As we usually use the cream on smaller surfaces such as hands/palms, it does not have any effects on or skin when we sunbathe. Cream will soak off when we enter the water, thus has to be reapplied.

During the development of Immunetec© technology we took into consideration, that the use of smart devices became indispensable in our everyday life. Thus Immunete© Cream is non-greasy, does not stain and is safe to use with electronic devices.

Yes of course. Moreover, experience shows that if the surrounding of the wound is treated with the cream regularly, it may speed up the healing process.

No, unlike alcohol-based disinfectants which are wiped off after application, Immunetec© Spray has to be left on the treated surface thus leaving light spots on it.
The spray, however, is not nearly as effective on hard surfaces than it is on textiles. Immunetec© Impregnation Spray is recommended to use on different textiles and clothing.

The ingredients of Immunetec© Spray do not contain any nano-particles so it is not dangerous for our health. You may find Immunetec© product certification on our website.

A slight amount of spray does not cause any harm. We should however not use the product directly on plants.

Substances in the spray do not mean any health risks to the human body.

Immunetec© Spray is safe to use even in the room of newborns. Moreover, the spray is useful to reach proper hygiene level when preparing the newborn's room for his/her arrival.

In case of upholstered furniture it is advised to wait until the fabric is completely dry.

Cream should be used at times when hygiene is important: during travel, on public transport, in schools, in kindergarten, in healthcare institutions and the list goes on. Silver-ion component of the Immuentec© Cream guards our health by forming a shield on our skin.

The adverse health effects of nano-particles have been scientifically proven. Since 2013, a regulation requires that nano materials must be included on product labels among ingredients. When getting inside a living organism, nano-particles can cause serious damages. In case of applying a substance with nano-particles on our skin, the particles will absorb and enter our bloodstream, having toxic impact. Same happens when we inhale these particles.
The use of products containing nano-particles is not recommended.

Thanks to silver-ion technology the ion component of the cream/spray will kill 99.9% of all bacteria, fungi and selective viruses, thus making the surface completely germ free.

The cream is hypoallergenic. It is recommended, however, to try the cream on a small skin surface before applying it, as it is impossible to cover all sorts of skin problems during lab tests.

In case of standard use by one person, one tube may last up until one month.

A bottle of spray can produce up to 1100 blows.

For textiles and clothing, Immunetec© works for up to 3-4 washes. If you are treating other surfaces that cannot be washed, procedure should be repeated every month.
